Long time no posting. :o( I had no time for my handworks, but finally today I finished the stitchery for my needlecase! :o) The free pattern is from Cinderberry Stitches. Instead of redwork I have made them coloured. First I have drawn the pattern on the fabric with pencil, then have painted with colours and stitched finally. Hopefully I can sew the needlecase soon ready, so that my needles agree at home. :o)
Hier ein Detail Foto.
Here a detail photo.
Und so schaut es fertig aus.
And here is it finished.

I love the stitchery that you have painted . Could you tell me the name of the paints .I have never try to paint on fabric . Great job ..
Hi Roseanne,
Thank you! I am glad about every comment. :o) I have bought the colours (they are coming from Japan) in our Vienna Patchwork Shop. The painting is fixed with ironing and not washable out. I will look at home (I am working now) the exact name and tell you tomorrow.
Bye,
Gabi
The colours are from Tsukineko and are called "All-Purpose Ink". They are also suitable for all porous surfaces such as paper, fabric, wood, leather and many others...
Sehr schön!
Die Farben sind toll!
